As many of you know I am eating and drinking Real Estate in the Gulf Coast Area of Florida & The Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica. In my next trip to Montezuma I will finalizing the plans for construction in the dry season of 2017. We will set over 20 new Fruit Trees just before the rainy season in order for roots to establish and havin g healthy strong trees or years to come.

Check out the drone videos on Youtube; & see our newly installed Monkey Safe Power-Line (or also called the Monkey interstate) and well and City water Lines in our Finca EcoGanicO Board on our Pinterest account. They are now reaching the beginning of the lots and will be extended only with underground utilities. This keeping the Capuchin and Howler Monkey's well known environment intact. We also will promote permaculture farming bordering the already existing Fruit tree section with additional 20 Fruit trees to be planted in May. I will announce the names of the trees in one of my next newsletters. Butterflies constantly and sometimes even Hummingbirds visit Finca EcoGanicO, and so could you!
